Tickets

If you purchase your tickets through our site, you will receive two emails: one will be your receipt and the other will contain your tickets as a PDF attachment. Be sure to check your spam/ junk folder. If you do not receive (or lose) the email, visit the link below and log-in. Tah dah! If that doesn’t work, we’re happy to help you.

Tickets that are purchased over the phone will be at the “Will Call” area before the concert.

Yes! Be sure to increase the screen’s brightness before checking in to help with the process.

Student tickets are free, with a valid Student ID. They are available 3o minutes prior to the performance where tickets are being sold at the venue. Student tickets cannot be reserved in advance. Free tickets are limited to one per student.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Give them to a friend!

Purchases

Creating an account on our site is important, because it saves your order history and gives you access to your tickets, music downloads, etc. This allows us to help you in the event that you lose your tickets or your item doesn’t show up in the mail. Our site is secure, with an up-to-date security certificate and we won’t share your information with anyone.

Fractured Atlas is a non-profit organization who has partnered with us as one of their fiscally sponsored projects. Here is their FAQ about tax deductible donations.

Yes! Please make checks payable to “Fractured Atlas”. It is extremely important that all checks are made out to “Fractured Atlas” ONLY.

Fractured Atlas cannot accept donations that are made out to The Pocket Philharmonic or “The Pocket Philharmonic/Fractured Atlas”.
